At Kickers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear back into its original Kickers box and secure it inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
